UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPESDAT 2021)

Eligibility Criteria of UPESDAT 2021

For B.Des Programs:

Exam Pathway

Minimum 50% marks in Higher and Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)

Students who qualifies UPES DAT are invited for an online portfolio presentation and interview

Non-Exam Pathway:

Board Merit- Minimum 60% marks in class X and XII (Any Stream)

Valid National level exams NIFT/NID UCEED- AIR rank upto 2499 (with minimum 50% marks in class X and XII)

Followed by online portfolio presentation and interview

For M.Des Programs:

Exam Pathway:

• Minimum 50% marks in Higher and Senior Secondary Level (10th & 12th)
• B.Des/ B. Tech / BE in any discipline / B. Arch / BVA/ BFA 4 years with minimum 50% marks or 3-year degree such as B.Sc/BA/BFA/BVA in Applied Art/Design of any other relevant disciplines (with min. 50% marks) + 1 year of relevant industry experience OR
• 2 years M.Sc/M.Tech in Computer Science (Hons), Computer Science and Engineering, IT subjects/domains (only for Interaction Design). Or equivalent.

Students who qualifies UPESDAT are invited for an online portfolio presentation and interview.

• Non-Exam Pathway:
  • Board Merit- Minimum 60% marks in class X and XII (Any Stream)
  • UCEED: Minimum 50% marks in class X and XII with valid JEE MAIN/UCEED scores
  • CEED- AIR rank upto 633

Followed by online portfolio presentation and interview
